Health
Writings of the late
Dr Prince Frederick John Steed
1922 - 2007
Frederick trained in Herbal Medicine,
Chiropractic and Osteopathy in the early 1960's. Later he gained a
PhD in Natural Science from the Anglo-American Institute of Drugless
Therapy. He established a health food business and practise in
Kempsey (NSW, Australia), which in 1965 he moved north to Coffs
Harbour.
There he also established a correspondence school - the "School of
Natural Science" - which taught herbal medicine and nutrition.
Whilst at Coffs Harbour he, along with his wife Noreen, developed
the health food "LSA," later made popular by Dr Sandra Cabot. For
the last 22 years of his life he continued his practise at Penguin,
Tasmania.
